So much to tell you about!!!

We drove from WhiteHorse to Dawson City. ... and had a great time in Dawson. We toured Dredge #4 and then went to observe a gold mining operation and panned for gold. We had the "Toe Shot" and went to Gertie's for the midnight show! We spent 3 nights here an then left very early on a beautiful day to drive the Top of the World Highway to Chicken, Alaska.

The drive was amazing and we saw so much. It was worth doing..

Just before reaching the Alaska / Canada Border we saw a herd of Caribeau!!

We arrived in Fairbanks on July 15th and spent a week there.

Fly Fishing the Upper Chena River for grayling, David got 1. Bruce 0, Lynda 0, but it was a great first experience fly fishing.. oh yeah, except for the last cast of the day where I caught myself in the forehead. Luckily it was a small hook.

We spent a day at the University in Fairbanks visiting the L.A.R.S., Large Animal Research facility that had MuskOx and Reindeer. We then viewed the botanical gardens and went to their impressive Museum.

Then we spent a day on the Chena River with jetskis and watched the Golden Days Parade in downtown Fairbanks.

Stephanie flew in Sunday night with Lobster Meat for many. Monday, July 23rd we headed to Denali!!!

Will post pictures soon and provide details about our Denali experience. Going fishing for Silver Salmon so I have to run!
